Protecting private-property rights takes more than good ideas. It takes an organized, sustained effort—and the resources to make that effort possible. VPRA accepts contributions to support both its Foundation’s nonprofit activities and its political advocacy through the VPRA Political Action Committee (PAC).
The hound lobby is well-funded. To be effective, we need strong advocates in the General Assembly—and those advocates need our support. Your contributions help fund the advertising, outreach, and advocacy needed to make our voices heard and keep private-property rights at the forefront of the conversation.
Why We Need Your Support Now
The Virginia Hunting Dog Alliance has already retained lobbyists and is preparing for the next legislative session. We need a strong war chest to match them.
VPRA needs the resources to effectively advocate for Virginia landowners. Your support helps VPRA: research and develop legislation; educate legislators; mobilize landowners; produce educational materials; monitor legislation; participate in public policy discussions; and conduct public outreach.
Our fundraising goal is $35,000. Whether you support the foundation, the PAC, or both, your contribution helps strengthen the voice of Virginia landowners.
VPRA PAC
Political change requires political advocacy. Contributions to the VPRA PAC help support VPRA’s political efforts, including legislative advocacy, lobbyists, and other permissible political activities. This is critical to our success.

VPRA Foundation
